Marvin Core turns a scoped machine request into a controlled economic action: identify, authorize, execute, verify, and issue an evidence-backed receipt. It is not a console for private reasoning, owner controls, or settlement credentials.

Start in the sandbox. Actions are deterministic, provider-free, free, and cannot move STH or money. Production is disabled by default.
